NKB Training is run by Nicola-Kate Banks, a highly trained, Level 3 REPs accredited personal trainer and Biomechanics Coach who has a passion for helping others to achieve their health, fitness and wellbeing goals.
Nicola-Kate’s interest in this field began many years ago when she took steps to find herself a personal trainer having seen a rather unflattering photograph of herself at a friend’s wedding. This personal trainer so inspired her she went on to retrain, qualify and now works to pass on this inspiration to others through a strong belief in working with the body holistically from the inside out to help you move more freely and prevent any possible injuries by assessing how your body moves, so you feel great and get fitter.
